Most of these are prepositions. For Japanese, prepositions are VERY hard. This is because Japanese does not have prepositions.

The very basic (or literal) meanings of prepositions in the Romance & Germanic languages are pretty much the same, so things like in, out of, on, with, under, etc. will have the same equivalents in numerous contexts, especially when dealing with physical location. But not in Japanese.
